We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Carlisle Construction Materials, a global leader in diversified building products. This exciting opportunity is based in Tooele, UT.

Job Summary:
  • The successful candidate will lead and implement process improvement initiatives across various business functions, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing personnel, office staff, and business leaders, to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Prioritize projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and effective sustainment of implemented improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, utilizing data-driven approaches to guide decision-making.
  • Mentor and train colleagues on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements, resulting in measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles, with proficiency in relevant tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
