About Our RestaurantsOur Applebee's restaurants are known for their welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by leading front-of-house and service teams, as well as assistant manager roles and duties.

We're seeking talented leaders with 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and a commitment to serving great food to our guests.

As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading front-of-house and service teams to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests
  • Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and labor costs
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
