Middle School Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Teacher to join our team at SESI Schools. As a Middle School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, focusing on academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs, to ensure they receive the necessary accommodations and interventions to succeed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with school teams, families, and other stakeholders to share student progress, set goals, and develop strategies to support student success.
- Behavioral Support: Implement positive behavioral interventions and support (PBIS) strategies, including de-escalation techniques and crisis management, to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Documentation and Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, including incident reports and high-risk evaluation forms, to inform instruction and drive student growth.
