Position Summary:
We are in search of a Dispatcher/Scheduler with a background in inspection scheduling to manage the deployment and routing of over 50 field inspectors on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Dispatch Team to ensure adherence to work instructions for field personnel, fostering an efficient and productive work atmosphere.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while maintaining accurate records of job status updates.
  • Oversee the direction and scheduling of field inspectors, ensuring consistent communication with clients.
  • Distribute work orders and details to inspectors daily via phone and email.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups on various construction projects.
  • Monitor inspectors, manage paperwork, and input accurate information into the system.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in logistics, construction, or manpower scheduling.
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess strong computer skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, operational staff, field personnel, and management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with NYC and its five boroughs is essential.
