Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in production lines by removing cardboard and dunnage.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
  • Adhere to company protocols, including safety, attendance, and uniform standards.

Additional duties include:

  • Utilizing a stapler for buckboard assembly.
  • Managing unused pallets.
  • Recycling or disposing of damaged pallets.
  • Organizing quality pallets.
  • Handling cardboard disposal in the recycling unit.
  • Collecting corrugate materials.
  • Managing trash collection.
  • Refilling all corrugate supplies.

Qualifications
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Physically capable of remaining on your feet for the majority of the shift.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.

Certifications Required
  • Powered pallet jack certification.
  • Sit-down forklift certification.

Work Schedule & Compensation
  • First Shift: 10 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Second Shift: 11 AM to 7 PM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: $19 per hour
