Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production lines by removing cardboard and dunnage.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
- Adhere to company protocols, including safety, attendance, and uniform standards.
Additional duties include:
- Utilizing a stapler for buckboard assembly.
- Managing unused pallets.
- Recycling or disposing of damaged pallets.
- Organizing quality pallets.
- Handling cardboard disposal in the recycling unit.
- Collecting corrugate materials.
- Managing trash collection.
- Refilling all corrugate supplies.
Qualifications
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality standards.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Physically capable of remaining on your feet for the majority of the shift.
- Must possess reliable transportation.
Certifications Required
- Powered pallet jack certification.
- Sit-down forklift certification.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- First Shift: 10 AM to 6:30 PM
- Second Shift: 11 AM to 7 PM
- Monday to Friday
- Compensation: $19 per hour
