We are currently seeking a talented individual for the role of Senior Associate within our AML Team. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in executing projects and enhancing our analytical capabilities.
  • Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to develop presentations and reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Lead the team in managing project escalations, ensuring accountability among team members.
  • Aid in the preparation and dissemination of business strategies, performance metrics, and priorities to a diverse audience.
  • Operate with a keen analytical mindset, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing AML operations in various initiatives.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their professional skills, fostering strong interpersonal relationships through effective communication.
  • Work independently, demonstrating initiative within a structured environment while adhering to governance best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of years of relevant experience in banking operations and/or AML is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
