Job Summary

The Server Attendant position is a key role in our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server Attendant, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Server team in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Support the Server team in providing analytical support and decision-making tools to leadership.
  • Set and reset tables, pre-buss and bus tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Clean spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately, and maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Work effectively with the management, servers, and service staff to address guest needs and resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and food and beverage.
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain state required licenses and/or certifications, such as Food Handler's Card and TIPS Certification.
  • Working knowledge of Beer, Spirits, Wine, and Dining.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English, the primary language used in the workplace.
Physical Requirements

The majority of work tasks are performed indoors, with moderate temperatures controlled by hotel environmental systems. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment, as well as delicate china and glassware, up to 50 lbs. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
