Rhino Foods is a leading manufacturer of delicious products, and we're on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our production lines are always running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed packaging equipment, including flow wrappers, bagging machines, case erectors, and sealing units.
  • Utilize your expertise in automation equipment and robotic systems to streamline our processes and enhance production capabilities.
  • Apply your multifaceted skills in building trades, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and mechanical system installation, to maintain a robust manufacturing environment.
  • Employ your proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and entry-level programming to fine-tune our equipment and improve operational efficiency.
  • Showcase your electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain motors, variable frequency drives, and interlocked systems, utilizing your knowledge of PLC and relay logic for effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in methodical troubleshooting, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and a solid understanding of entry-level programming.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and a strong background in welding and fabrication techniques.
