The Employee Wellness LVN will provide critical support to the Employee Health and Wellness program at Hendrick Health. Under the direction of the Employee Wellness Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the program, including infection control, education, and regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities- Program Coordination: Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Employee Health and Wellness program.
- Infection Control: Support the development and maintenance of infection control policies and procedures.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to employees on various health and wellness topics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in maintaining regulatory functions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- On-Call and Call-Back: Participate in periodic on-call and call-back rotations to ensure 24/7 support for the program.
- Education: Graduate of an approved LVN program.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) and CPR-BCLS certification.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to input data into computer programs, maintain filing systems, logs, and manuals.
