Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative menu planning and culinary strategies to enhance the patient experience
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless food service operations
  • Maintain accurate food and health safety logs, adhering to Sodexo and hospital guidelines
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, customers, and clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong culinary background, including menu planning and implementation
  • Experience leading and managing a culinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Servsafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP and health and safety audits
  • Familiarity with Sodexo processes and systems (preferred)
