Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at The Henry. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. If you have prior experience in a restaurant and are able to work as a team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine, ensuring adequate levels of clean tableware.
  • Maintain the dish machine in a clean and sanitary condition, reporting any problems immediately.
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Be available to work weekends and some holidays, and fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a restaurant is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
