Job Overview:
As a Construction Equipment Rental Consultant, you will play a vital role in our inside sales team, assisting both telephone and walk-in customers with their equipment rental needs.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on understanding their equipment requirements, negotiating terms, and processing orders.

Strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.


Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Valid Driver's license is necessary
  • Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment is preferred

Skills and Abilities:
  • Prior experience in the equipment rental industry is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
  • Proficient computer and administrative capabilities
  • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process is preferred
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) may be preferred in certain locations

The physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, with work performed both indoors and outdoors as required.
