Schochet is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of Riverside Towers, a 200-unit elderly/disabled apartment community. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of property management experience, knowledge of HUD programs, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise property staff, including training, performance feedback, and annual reviews.
  • Manage positive communications with residents, vendors, and staff.
  • Oversee rent calculations, collections, and notices for delinquent payments.
  • Assist with resident recertifications and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
