Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize advanced mechanical systems for AI-driven hair braiding solutions
- Lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in personal care product manufacturing or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and experience with mechanical design and analysis tools
