Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering HVAC systems for large public facilities, including airports, educational institutions, and commercial buildings. They will work closely with our project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC system engineering, including the International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, and NFPA Life Safety Code. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the HVAC design team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Designing and delivering HVAC systems for large public facilities
  • Working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC design and project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
