Psychiatrist - Outpatient Specialist

Hiring Range: $256,313.89 to $358,839.44
Pay Range: $256,313.89 to $410,102.22
Relocation: $30k
Sign on: 10% of base salary
Retention: 10% of salary 2-year mark
CME: 5 days + allowance
Student Loan Repayment through NHSC - ISH
Base Increases up to 7% accrues annually
PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays
Responsibilities and Facility Details
4- or 5-day schedule - your choice
Outpatient psychiatry, treat patients 18 years +
Services we provide: Crisis intervention, Psychiatric evaluation, Psychiatric medication management, Psychotherapy (group, family, and limited individual), Group skill building
PPD: 4 intakes a week. Intakes are 1.5 hours, follow ups are 30 minutes.
Work with our psychiatric care team that supports each patient we see.
Our team consists of MP/NP, Nurse Case Manager, Directing Clinician (who does brief intervention, some individual therapy, and provides treatment plans for case management), 3 Behavioral Health Case Managers, 1 CMA, 1 admin/scheduler
