Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Georgetown & Horry County - 12176. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for providing construction services on small projects, including rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, and flooring installation. Your expertise will also be utilized in assisting with larger projects, such as making calls to subcontractors and performing quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project updates to the Construction Coordinator in electronic format.
  • Schedule projects with the Construction Manager/Construction Coordinator.
  • Perform construction services as required.
  • Pick up and deliver material supplies and/or manage material deliveries.
  • Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
  • Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
  • Document all project activities, including photos, job diary, and signing documents using the ManageIT Mobile app.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • IICRC or OSHA certification is a plus.
