Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and support for our senior living communities, including analysis of financial and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure effective operational measures are in place to support driver-based planning and forecasting.
  • Provide financial support for monthly and quarterly reporting, including review of variance reporting and NOI forecasting.
  • Assist with external financial audits and 401(k) plan administration.
  • Develop and document company policies related to budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with experience in senior living and/or public accounting a plus.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
