Nurse Manager Surgical Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our Surgical Services team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
