Surgical Services Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Surgical Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight to the Surgical Services department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a surgical setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
