We're seeking an experienced LPN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a key member of our care team, you'll contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses, administer medications, perform routine lab tests, and educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to patient assessment in collaboration with RNs
  • Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) licensure prior to hire date
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
