Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of implemented solutions, staying current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field, with certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) desirable but not required.
