We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Professional Services Division in Austin, Texas. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on high-profile projects, collaborating with customers, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Your business acumen, communication, and analytical skills will be essential in driving project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison between customers and Aurigo teams, driving business requirement workshops and documenting business processes.
  • Map customer business processes to Aurigo products, developing solutions to address customer needs.
  • Maintain customer expectations on project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and document system designs, creating detailed functional specification documents and obtaining customer sign-off.
  • Translate functional specifications into executable project requirements, working with configuration teams to develop solutions.
  • Conduct system progress demos and user acceptance tests, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Support training and UAT activities, adhering to Aurigo delivery and project management methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, facilitating change management with customers.
  • Travel up to 10-15% annually for project-related activities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; certification in business analysis (CBAP or CCBA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of software development processes and engagement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
  • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
  • Candidate must be located in Austin, Texas.
