In a highly competitive market, Insight Global is seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to drive growth and expand its customer base.

This is a business development role that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities through cold calls, developing and implementing a comprehensive sales process, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development or a related field, a proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A competitive salary of approximately $115,000 per year is offered, with opportunities for earning increases as the candidate grows new relationships with new customers.

At minimum, the candidate should be able to secure 5 sales deals per quarter, with each deal valued at around $25,000.

Job Description

As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Insight Global's customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls and identify potential clients.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales process to drive growth and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the existing Business Development team member, who will transition to a Customer Success role.
  • Utilize and receive training on various proprietary systems to enhance sales efforts.
