Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • At least 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant environment
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
  • Previous experience in healthcare management is preferred
  • Current RN license in good standing in the state of practice or a compact state, if applicable
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification required
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
