Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Leader. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision on a shift basis, including coordination and assignment of patient care
  • Function as a unit patient flow coordinator, facilitating admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Coordinate unit staffing for the next shift with the Director/Clinical Manager, Coordinator, and/or House Officer
  • Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff
  • Provide supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews
  • Complete established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) preferred
  • 1 year RN experience required
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR certification
