Bartender Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Bartender will provide exceptional service to our guests, working closely with the culinary team to deliver a truly memorable experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new drink menus and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during peak periods and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, with a passion for learning and developing new skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
