- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, messages, and mail
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- A competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.00 to $21.52 per hour
