Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless stay experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests, handle room assignments, and ensure accurate billing
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, messages, and mail
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
