Key responsibilities include the efficient setup, startup, and maintenance of molding machinery and auxiliary equipment, ensuring the proper handling and processing of raw materials, and providing essential supervision to uphold safe working conditions. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in staffing, optimizing efficiency, adhering to production schedules, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve molding process issues
  • Conduct mold setup, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Facilitate effective problem resolution
  • Monitor molding parameters to ensure quality compliance
  • Initiate corrective measures for molds and equipment
  • Coordinate training initiatives and corrective actions
  • Supervise shift personnel and manage performance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace

Qualifications
