Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting routine inspections on machinery and systems to identify malfunctions and necessary repairs.
  • Executing regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment remain operational and safe.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues across various equipment and systems.
  • Working with PLCs and pneumatic systems to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Complying with all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Documenting maintenance activities and reporting on the status of machinery.
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of maintenance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician capacity.
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and machine upkeep.
  • Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • A solid grasp of pneumatics and PLC systems.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance settings.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently troubleshoot and repair issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • A keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety practices.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
