Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a sterile environment by following proper protocols and procedures.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations by passing instruments and providing support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the smooth operation of the operating room.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Surgical Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 18 months experience as a Surgical Technologist.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
