Key Responsibilities">
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow, providing excellent customer service
  • Train and mentor new hires, assist with staff scheduling, and oversee cash handling, managing inventory and maintaining store cleanliness
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees as needed, and motivate team members to achieve store goals and performance targets
  • Manage store financial and physical resources efficiently, stepping in to cover shifts when team members are unavailable
Requirements">
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols
  • Show a strong work ethic, be reliable in attendance and punctuality, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, maintain a positive working relationship, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Possess attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks, following procedures, and meeting deadlines
  • Have proficiency in computer use, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with various POS systems is a plus
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of management experience in a convenience store, department store, or grocery store
  • Be able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, nights, and occasional overnight shifts
  • Be flexible to work a varied schedule as needed
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and possess reliable transportation
