Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to the Chief Customer Officer and key senior personnel across the Account Management & Customer Success department.
- Manage calendars, organize emails, coordinate meetings, take notes, and arrange travel for the executive team.
- Collaborate with team managers to identify and alleviate bottlenecks, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Participate in departmental projects, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and attend team-building events.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience (1+ year corporate experience or 2+ years professional administration).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and independently.
- Proven organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Outlook, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
