Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ER RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. As a travel ER RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess and stabilize patients with a range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
