Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a nursing position in our Emergency Department.

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety initiatives
Our Emergency Department is a 24/7 facility that cares for ophthalmology and otolaryngology emergencies. We are seeking a nurse who is able to work collaboratively with interns, residents, fellows, and attending physicians, and who possesses excellent observational skills and the ability to set priorities.
Requirements:- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
- Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in Massachusetts
- A minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical Nursing experience is preferred
- Related experience required for advanced clinical and specialty areas
