The Assembly and Test Specialist is a key member of the FieldBridge Energy team, responsible for assembling and testing products to ensure high-quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Testing: Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures, and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products, using technical knowledge and analytical skills.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on assembled products, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including labor records and quality control reports.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Ensure good housekeeping within own work area, adhering to safety protocols and risk assessments to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
- Experience: Previous experience in assembly-related operations or equivalent, with a proven track record of quality control and problem-solving.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and interpret technical instructions, and excellent communication skills.
