About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team in Fairfield, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage procurement processes, including purchasing and expediting
  • Oversee data entry of sales orders and purchase orders
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Perform administrative duties, as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in electrical or construction industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $44,000 - $49,600 per annum, commensurate with experience.
