Senior Restoration Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate expertise in all BELFOR service lines and develop strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- In construction projects, ensure scope, schedule work, communicate effectively, maintain quality control, and prioritize project safety.
- Exercise core project management skills, including time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders.
- Continuously update knowledge of current and past construction practices.
- Review daily project requirements, document progress, and notify managers of challenges and successes.
- Provide accurate field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for various TPA projects.
- Perform tasks related to prior Advanced Fire Damage Specialist, Advanced Water Damage Specialist, and Advanced Carpenter roles.
- Qualify vendors and subcontractors, guiding them through the vendor qualification process.
- Manage fixed bid projects and rate and material projects.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of BELFOR invoicing processes and provide necessary documentation.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections, ensuring equipment remains in clean, serviceable condition.
- Maintain attention to detail and adhere to BELFOR Standards for safeguarding clients' property.
- Understand and practice excellent customer service principles and practices.
- Work under tight deadlines to meet specific timelines.
- Be prepared to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically.
- Report time worked and equipment used accurately and promptly.
- A comprehensive understanding of project management concepts, principles, and practices.
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly in project management, estimating, and supervisory roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
