Position Overview: We are seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineer to contribute to our Manufacturing Technology (MT) team, which supports the Healthcare and Specialty Lubricants (HSL) sectors within DuPont Electronics & Industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies, acting as a technical expert during unplanned events.
  • Collaborate with specialists to conduct advanced troubleshooting and enhance operational discipline.
  • Evaluate and implement performance improvements to optimize plant efficiency.
  • Participate in new product commercialization projects, ensuring safe and efficient processes are established.
  • Lead technical reviews for manufacturing process modifications and manage change effectively.
  • Oversee technology planning and data development for capital projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with process control and statistical techniques.
  • Experience with silicone chemistry and related processes.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of process safety and hazard analysis.
