Job Description

The Customer Service and Safety Representative is a key role that combines exceptional customer service skills with a focus on maintaining a secure shopping environment. With a starting hourly rate of $17.28, this position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of Burlington Stores, Inc.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to every customer entering or exiting the store, creating a sense of control and security.
  • Monitor the store environment for potential security risks, reporting incidents and suspicious behavior to the Manager on Duty.
  • Support store leadership in initiatives aimed at reducing theft and improving overall store safety.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and disciplined decision-making.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and procedures, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
