Compensation and Benefits

Delta Physician Placement is proud to offer a competitive compensation package for our Family Medicine Physician position, including a base salary of up to $300k and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 28 days of paid time off and 13 paid holidays. We also offer a 403B plan with a 6% match, as well as student loan repayment through IHS and NHSC.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

As a Family Medicine Physician with Delta Physician Placement, you will have the opportunity to work in a 100% outpatient setting with no weekends or call. You will see 10-20 patients per day and have the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. Our facility is located 2 hours from Albuquerque, NM and is a mission-minded opportunity that aligns with our values of providing high-quality healthcare to those in need.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, you must be board eligible and obtain a New Mexico license within 1 year. You will also need to complete credentialing within 4-6 weeks. If you are a motivated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
