Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our Dunkin' team

About the Role:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences and drives profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development:
    • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of dedicated employees
    • Communicate job expectations and performance standards to employees
    • Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly
    • Support the development of team members through coaching, feedback, and training
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Create and maintain a guest-centric culture in the restaurant
    • Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed to meet guest service goals
    • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
    • Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are consistently executed
    • Help prepare and implement action plans to drive operational improvements
  • Profitability:
    • Control costs to maximize profitability
    • Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
    • Drive sales goals and track results
  • Business Acumen:
    • Understand guest and market trends to inform business decisions
    • Approach situations with an innovative mindset to deliver solutions and drive change
    • Have a working knowledge of profit and loss statements to identify business trends and set goals
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with team members
    • Operate with integrity, demonstrating honesty and respect for others
    • Encourage collaboration and teamwork
    • Lead others, negotiate, and take effective action

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic writing skills
  • Proficient in math and financial management
