About the Role

Futaba Industrial Texas Corp. is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Industrial Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance on the building and equipment of the facility, ensuring all jigs and robots are in working order.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs, adhering to safety standards and quality protocols.
  • Train, schedule, and coach team members to ensure effective maintenance operations.
  • Ensure work orders are completed on time and employee participation in the Kaizen program.
  • Perform minor and major repairs to facility and equipment, adhering to manufacturer's specifications.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Maintenance preferred.
  • Skilled in electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting.
  • 2 to 3 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to work long hours, without supervision, and under pressure.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and reading/writing proficiency in English.
Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse with noise, exposure to fumes and dust, and varying temperatures. This position requires working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
