Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Housekeeper to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Spa Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, and locker rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, including the pools, whirlpools, and locker rooms.
  • Restock towels and amenities throughout the spa facilities.
  • Ensure the proper levels of folded robes and sandals are available for guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fitness equipment and yoga mats.
  • Conduct regular checks of the locker rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and fitness center to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Remove dirty towels, robes, and sandals to their respective areas for cleaning.
  • Assist guests with any concerns or complaints regarding spa cleanliness and equipment.
  • Problem-solve and communicate effectively with management staff.
  • Follow the daily checklist to ensure all aspects of the job are completed.
  • Communicate with management in a timely manner when resources are running low.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 15-20 pounds and ascend/descend stairs as a daily routine.
