About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to represent disabled individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

  • Representing clients in hearings before Administrative Law Judges, requiring some travel
  • Writing compelling legal briefs for Social Security Disability Hearings and Appeals Council review

Competitive Compensation Package:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to handle multiple competing priorities on a regular basis
  • Able to express ideas clearly and concisely, adapting messages to various audiences
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision
