Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that meet defined system architecture(s)
  • Contribute to the development of system engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
  • Participate in the development of system design solutions that satisfy system requirements and fulfill functional analysis
  • Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SOA solutions and operational views, technical standards views, and system and services views for architectures using applicable DoDAF standards
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
  • Twenty (20) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
