Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Hardware Specialist to join our team at Parallel Partners. As a key member of our hardware support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing defective systems, maintaining high-quality repairs, and performing root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.

This is a full-time position working on 1st shift, and we offer competitive compensation. Based on industry standards and cost of living in St. Paul, MN, we estimate the salary range for this role to be between $55,000 and $70,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, document, and repair defective systems to meet or exceed company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex issues and escalate problems as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in hardware-related work or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to sit comfortably at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting may be accompanied by occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds.
  • A+ certification or similar is highly desirable.
