Freedom Corrugated LLC Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of corrugated machinery and associated equipment within a dynamic manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while adhering to all health and safety protocols.
While prior experience is advantageous, we welcome applications from recent graduates of trade schools or high schools who possess a foundational understanding of maintenance practices. This role offers a long-term career opportunity, with the company committed to training and developing the right individual. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Interpret schematics and diagnose issues in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Perform troubleshooting on PLCs and motors.
- Utilize computer systems for hardware and software troubleshooting in an industrial context.
- Conduct network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Exhibit reliability and self-motivation with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with general maintenance processes and methodologies.
- Proficient with tools and devices commonly used in maintenance.
- Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving capabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $36.00 per hour (based on skill level)

Experience:
- 5 years of experience with Programmable Logic Controllers preferred.
