We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Freedom Corrugated LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corrugated machines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on corrugated machines and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and motors to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and computer systems in an industrial environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in a relevant field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a corrugated or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computer systems, including PLCs and motors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Competitive hourly rate: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on skill level).
