We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a Neuro ICU Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex neurological injuries and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with neurosurgical and neurological injuries
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including intensivists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and neurosurgeons
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Arizona RN license
- 1 year of acute care experience in ICU or Neuro ICU
- ACLS/CPR certification
- Preferred: BSN, CNRN, or CCRN certification
